God is so amazing! I love how he 'does his stuff' when I let him! I don't even know how to even begin to thank the people listed below, they've come alongside of me to make this dream of mine happen. The dream? To be the voice of love, realness and truth in the lives of the girls out there who are slowly being refined, day by day, into even more beautiful individuals than they are right now. The refining process can be pretty painful and tough, I definitely know that from experience!

The amazing Joy McMillan is the designer of my new logo and the cover for the 2011 Girls Planner! Her insight, advice and feedback have proven a much needed help! Have you ever come across someone that you've only known for such a really short time and just felt like you were home? That's this amazing woman! Her words and thoughts have made me laugh and cry, all at the same time, and have totally inspired me! I feel so completely blessed to have 'found' this incredibly 'real' person with an incredible 'real' love for God who doesn't try to 'put on' a perfect mask! I don't know how many times I've thanked my God for her! |

I am so excited about the priviledge of 'meeting' Constance Rhodes! From the first dreams I ever had of playing a role in the lives of tween/teen girls my desire has been to speak truth into their lives. Quite awhile ago I came across a write up entitled 'Ten Things Every Teenager Needs to Know About Their Parents' by Deborah Thompson, and I was completely amazed! I printed it off right away with the absolute need to read it to my 15 year old daughter. I couldn't get over how well it totally put to words the thoughts and feelings that filled my mind. Being the mother of a teenager has definitely scared me a bit but I'm relying on God with every ounce of my being! I contacted Deborah to see if she would be okay with me including it in the planner and she said 'Yes'! I was so thankful from the bottom of my heart! |
