Payment

Purchase online using Paypal.

Shipping

Shipping within Canada
Method - Canada Post

Rate - $5.00/planner (if additional planners are ordered email for current rate).

Shipping to the United States
Method - U.S. Priority Mail

Rate - $9.00/planner (if ordering more than one, email for current rates)

Shipping Internationally

Rate - email for current rate

Shipping Times

Orders will be shipped the business day following the day the order was placed, if for some reason, out of my control this doesn't happen, you will be notifed ASAP.

Customers will be notified of their order status and tracking number via email. Please note that deliveries are made Monday through Friday only; there are no deliveries on Saturdays.

Once shipped, orders within Canada will arrive to you within 3 - 10 business days. Customers with orders being sent to the United States, orders can take anywhere from 4 days to 3 weeks.

Returns

We are positively convinced that you will be extremely satisfied with our product and we stand behind each item. Nonetheless, if you are not completely satisfied for any reason, please let us know within 14 days of receiving your order to provide a refund.

In the case of damaged merchandise, please accept our sincere apology and be assured that we will fix the error as soon as possible. Once brought to our attention, we will offer you a full refund or exchange, in return we ask that you please return the order in its original form and packaging. We reserve the right to reject any returns and exchanges that do not meet these conditions.
